Novi, MI. No nights or weekends. Part‑time afternoons.

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Work productively without supervision.
• Show empathy and compassion for young children.
• Dependable, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and, for infant and toddler teachers, lift infants into and out of a crib.

$15.00 – $16.50 per hour.
