Senior Hardware Engineer

• Own lifecycle of PCBAs for ONE's BMS products, from concept to post-launch
• Create and own functional specifications for BMS electrical components and assemblies
• Define and write detailed BMS hardware test plans; analyze test data, write detailed test reports, and present results and recommendations to engineering management
• Lead physical testing on prototypes
• Design circuits in Altium, define floor planning and lead review of PCB layouts
• Support ongoing/continuous product and process improvement
• Own basic testing and analysis; support advanced testing and analysis
• Identify and solve root causes for test failures and production problems
• Optimize designs via analytical, numerical, and/or empirical assessments
• Any additional duties as assigned

• Experience with ethernet physical interface or high speed digital circuitry a plus
• Experience with high voltage power converters is a plus
• Strong engineering fundamentals in circuit design, worst case circuit analysis and DFMEA
• Ability to work with team members on larger systems
• Demonstrated ability to create products: ECAD design to hands‑on prototyping
• Experience in component and subsystem testing with suppliers
• Strong engineering foundation (automotive OEM/supplier experience, university race team leadership role, etc.)
• Experience with Altium, LTSpice or PLECS and MathCAD preferred
