Responsibilities- Participate in and lead customer and market interactions
- Define and execute product development schedules and cost estimates
- Drive simulation and validation strategies for actuator systems
- Lead execution of VAVE projects and material cost improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement product design updates
- Support the execution of new product launch programs
- Up to 25% international and domestic travel as required
- Other duties as assigned
- 10+ years of experience in the design, development, and launch of electro‑mechanical systems
- Demonstrated experience in IP development (patents/publications)
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
