Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- 8+ years experience in engineering interior restraint systems through all development phases
- Experience with Catia software system and pulling in and cutting sections in data
- Understanding of restraint system requirements
- Experience in DV/PV testing phase for restraint systems
- Fast resolution of open issues for restraint systems
- Knowledge of the VW systems
- Strong understanding of the quality process from DFMEA, PFMEA and Control plans
- Proficient ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Take direction from Engineering teams to modify components for engineering/design/safety requirements
