Bilingual Audit Administrator

Lingua Science is recruiting for a detail-oriented Japanese-English bilingual for a bilingual audit administrator role at an international auto supplier near Novi, Michigan.

• Assist with planning and implementing audit procedures.
• Help prepare audit reports and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain audit working documents.
• Communicate with the Audit Department at the head office in Japan as well as key stakeholders.
• Perform and support analytical testing of financial and internal operational data.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s financial and operational procedures including accuracy systems.
• Make recommendations for changes in business unit systems and controls.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational reports under the guidance of senior auditors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Japanese and English language fluency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Previous compliance and risk analysis experience helpful.
• Previous J-SOX or internal audit/ISO experience preferred.
