Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Oakland County, MI
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and driving business performance through accurate forecasting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
- Analyze financial performance and prepare variance reports for management
- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
