Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Oakland County, MI
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and driving business performance through accurate forecasting and analysis.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
• Analyze financial performance and prepare variance reports for management
• Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives
• Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
