NAF LO's provide essential tools to move fast, including a modern CRM/LOS, rapid 1003 completion from mobile devices, texting and mass voicemail capabilities, and servicing our own loans with borrower contact information visible on mortgage coupons.

Location:

On-site in Novi, MI (Can work remotely if living 31 miles away from the office)

• Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet needs and exceed expectations.
• Analyze customers' financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and follow up with multiple customers and files daily.
• Accept multiple live, qualified inbound leads daily.
• Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit an initial paperless loan package to production staff.
• Structure and price loans accurately.

• 2+ years' full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; call center experience preferred.
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.
• Ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans.
• Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
• Current NMLS license (Must have passed National test and 20-hour lic. course).

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Current NMLS license
