Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

I’m partnering with a $3B+ multinational, non-automotive organization on a newly created Manager, Strategic Finance & Capital Planning opportunity.

This is a high-impact strategic finance role focused on helping shape the company’s long-term financial strategy, capital allocation, investment decisions, and scenario planning
. The position will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans.

• Own the five-year financial plan, including scenario modeling, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis
• Lead capital planning, investment evaluation, and portfolio prioritization
• Develop business cases and evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, ROI, and payback
• Identify emerging financial trends and translate them into actionable business decisions
• Partner with Corporate Development, Data & Analytics, Technology, Sourcing, and Operations
• Validate financial benefits and track results against strategic initiatives
• Present recommendations and insights directly to senior leadership
• Lead and develop a Senior Financial Analyst

• 7+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and long-range planning experience
• Executive presence and strong communication skills
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience in a complex or multinational environment preferred
