Police Officers must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Your degree does not need to be in criminal justice in order to be a successful Police Officer
! Successful completion of the MCOLES written and physical agility tests is also required, or the ability to become MCOLES certified.

Compensation & Benefits
: $64,748.01 starting pay with top-out pay at $94,252.59 after four years. The City of Novi accepts lateral hires for Police Officers with prior experience.
