While the role focuses primarily on styling and client service, you will:

• Work alongside experienced stylists to shadow and learn.
• Provide hair styling, cutting, color, and other services as per salon standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon station and uphold health & safety guidelines.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products to enhance client experience.

• Must be within 90 days of graduating from cosmetology school.
• Cosmetology or barber license in the state of Michigan (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

• Base pay plus retail commissions.
