• An active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Compensation: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour.
