As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well‑being and growth:

  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

If you’re eager to learn, grow, and end each day knowing you’ve made an impact — this is the place to be.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client‑centered care.
  • Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
  • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
Qualifications
  • Active, hands‑on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
  • Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
  • Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
  • Ability to pass background and child safety clearances.
