DescriptionINSPIRE Autism is seeking a Psychometrist (or trained evaluator) to play an important role in helping children receive accurate and compassionate autism evaluations.
In this position, you’ll use standardized tools — primarily the ADOS-2 — to conduct assessments, document findings, and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians, including psychologists, BCBAs, and SLPs. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and can be structured as hourly employment or per-evaluation contract work, depending on your preference.

Responsibilities- Stay current on best practices in autism assessment and evaluation
- Administer the ADOS-2 and other standardized tools with accuracy and care
- Conduct parent or caregiver interviews and review developmental history
- Partner with psychologists and clinicians to support diagnostic conclusions
- Communicate results and recommendations compassionately to families (as applicable)
- Strong knowledge of developmental disorders and differential diagnosis
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about helping children and families through evidence-based care
- Completion of ADOS-2 training and demonstrated competency
