Job SummaryOur meticulous and empathetic Patient Access Representative works in our Multi‑Specialty facility to help provide patient care second to none. The role thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with neurology, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, and more. The representative is cross‑trained in all clinical administrative processes, answering phones, checking in/out patients, performing patient reminder calls, and entering information into the EMR.
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times is required. Top candidates demonstrate superior customer service skills focused on patient/customer satisfaction.

- Maintains medical records and patient confidentiality
- Performs insurance verification as needed and directed
- Answers phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner
- Registers patients and schedules appointments as directed
- Multitasks and moves between responsibilities in a fluid manner
- Adheres to departmental standards and policy
- Other duties as assigned
- Eligible for employment by any U.S. employer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired
- 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience performing insurance verification is a plus
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Detail oriented, conscientious, and committed to precision
- Relates well to and works effectively with a diverse populace
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers, strong typing and desktop navigation skills
- Independent problem solving
- Great data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and documentation standards
- Friendly, empathetic, and respectful
- Reliable work results, timeliness, and attendance
