In this role, you will provide anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings, primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases, with opportunities for weekend and evening shifts. Flexibility is key, as providers float between locations with minimal notice, and potential for various shift lengths including 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours. This position offers a 40-hour guarantee and the chance to significantly impact patient outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills:

• Valid and clean CRNA license, with active license preferred at submission
• Proven experience in neuro, endoscopy, and radiology anesthesia cases
• Ability to float between multiple hospital locations
• Strong arterial line placement skills
• Excellent patient care and communication abilities
• Knowledge of supervised CRNA models and regional anesthesia techniques
• Background free of license actions or restrictions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospital settings with supervised anesthesia models
• Pediatric anesthesia experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications related to patient safety and anesthesia

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia practice experience
• Previous work in neuro, radiology, or endoscopy settings highly desired

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel between clinic locations; mileage reimbursement preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a professional and compliant background
• Ability to start on or around December 31, 2025
• Credentialing process estimated to take 90-120 days;
  Henry Ford does not reimburse for background or credentialing fees
