Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• 13-week assignment duration

• On-call responsibilities required

• Overtime opportunities available

• Minimum 2 years of experience required with neurological case experience mandatory

• Must have experience in comprehensive stroke facility environment

• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT with advanced registry in Cardiac-Interventional, Vascular-Interventional, or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography

• Preferred experience in Vascular Radiography

• Work with Siemens technology and Cerner EMR system

• Prepare sterile rooms and equipment for physician procedures

• Prep patients and assist physicians with scrub-in procedures

• Perform post-procedure cleanup and complete 3D imaging

• Explain examination procedures to patients and obtain medical history

• Prepare contrast media, medications, and IV solutions

• Set up and operate physiological monitors, pressure injectors, and imaging equipment

• Actively assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures

• Demonstrate radiation protection principles and ALARA techniques

• Complete PACS image quality control and RIS study indexing

• Perform quality assurance procedures and maintain medical documentation

• High school diploma or GED required with continued medical education maintenance
