Shift Supervisor (Full Time and Part Time)

Join TouchPoint Support Services to lead a team in our Henry Ford Novi location. This role drives quality service, schedules staff, and ensures compliance with hospital standards.

• Provide training and create work schedules for shift staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fall below standards.
• Prepare production and sales reports, ensuring unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff, schedules and quality standards.
