Seeking a Windchill Developer with years of experience to lead implementations of Project Link and/or SUMA, deliver high-quality PLM solutions, and support global engineering initiatives using Agile practices.

• 5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM business processes
• Proven experience implementing Project Link for supplier collaboration
• Strong understanding of Windchill technical components and business processes
• Technical proficiency in Java (Windchill-focused), JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems (preferably SAP)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience implementing Windchill SUMA for supplier management
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Exposure to PTC products (Creo, Thing Worx) and SAP S/4

• Deep expertise in Windchill configuration: workflows, type/attribute management, access control, lifecycle definitions, templates, and replication strategies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design and implement PLM solutions
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences (technical teams, executives, global stakeholders)
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate across global teams in a hybrid work environment

• Lead implementation and support of Windchill Project Link and SUMA for supplier collaboration
• Consult with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver PLM solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Drive integration initiatives between Windchill and ERP systems (SAP)
• Support additional PLM projects including MPMLink, process planning, and SAP S/4 migration
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions using Agile practices
