Technical Customer Service

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a role in Novi, MI. As a Technical Customer Service Rep for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

• Provide timely and professional technical support by phone, email, and in person
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers, installers, and internal teams
• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of Brand Motion during field visits
• Maintain clear communication regarding service status, findings, next steps, and follow-up needs
• Support a positive customer experience through responsiveness, reliability, and practical problem-solving
• Accurately document installations, troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions
• Provide field feedback to product development and engineering teams
• Identify recurring installation challenges, product issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with creating, testing, and updating installation instructions and troubleshooting materials
• Use field experience to improve product reliability, installation efficiency, and customer support processes

• Customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
• Self-Starter with Team Mentality and Positive Attitude under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Task driven and detail oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, management, customers and vendors via e-mail and phone
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to learn new software systems

Part-time. Hours are flexible.
