Utility Supply & Construction Company is seeking to hire a Fleet Administrator to join our growing team!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to organize and coordinate workload.
  • Effective in the planning, prioritization, and timely execution of work.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in fleet software systems.
  • Manage day-to-day fuel program: systems, bulk fuel, fuel cards, and costs.
  • Manage IFTA, state fuel taxes reporting, and tax credits.
  • Manage day-to-day functions with telematics and GPS system.
  • Responsible for invoice approvals to accurately capture equipment costs, and job costs.
  • Ensure your availability to respond to Storm or Emergency work that my occur from time to time for support of company needs.
  • Effectively work in a team environment, with internal operating groups and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, and considerable experience with Microsoft Excel is critical to this role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with vendors.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in fleet compliance, construction environment or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, decision making, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, email, and telephone skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
