Property Manager at LR Management Services

LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard‑working individual with previous apartment management experience to join our team. - Supervise all staff and oversee timesheet submission
- Approve all overtime and vacation requests
- Participate in hiring and training staff
- Conduct employee reviews
- Maintain relations with residents, staff, and vendors
- Oversee accounts receivable ensuring rent and fees are billed and collected
- Prepare, post, and make bank deposits daily
- Oversee service and capital contracts for timeliness and accuracy, maintaining required certificates of insurance from vendors
- Oversee and complete Statement of Deposit Accounting (SODA) for corporate submission
- Perform property inspections for cleanliness, curb appeal, and hazard free status
- Oversee unit turnover and conduct pre‑move‑in inspections
- Conduct move‑out inspections and assess charges
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
- Perform Leasing Agent and Assistant Manager duties as needed
- Prepare accident/incident reports per LR Management policies
- Handle general office duties, maintain logs, records, and office supplies
- Properly code and submit all invoices to accounts payable weekly
- Adhere to policies relating to fair housing
- Maintain confidentiality of coworkers, management, owners, residents, vendors, and external contacts
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with multi‑family, mixed‑income housing developments
- Previous experience in property management or related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Team‑oriented
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mid‑Senior level
