As a Vending Assembly Supervisor, you will oversee bill of material setup, assembly, order fulfillment, shipping, and reporting of our PTSolutions Inventory Management vending machines. You will manage a team of vending machine technicians, coordinate with cross‑functional managers, and work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics to control inventory and improve processes.

• Oversee/support daily duties of vending machine technicians
• Communicate cross‑functionally with company management, including the National Vending Manager, Regional and Operations Managers
• Work within Supply Net to ensure proper bill of material records, order processing and shipment
• Collaborate with supply chain and management on assembly forecasts and component purchase orders
• Work closely with Warehouse & Logistics Director on physical inventory management and control of all components
• Assist in definition of assembly processes and train employees appropriately
• Actively seek product and assembly improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers, employees and management in a professional manner
• Must have acceptable motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong mechanical inclination
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office software

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Operate a computer
• Frequent sitting at work station
