The Manager, New School and Strategic Segment Marketing owns the full go-to-market strategy and execution for new school launches and major site activations. This includes planning, timing, messaging, offers, and community engagement to ensure new locations open with strong brand presence and lead momentum. The role partners closely with the Performance Center, Creative, and Field Enablement teams to ensure market success at launch and beyond.
Essential Functions:- Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new school launches, remodels, and major site activations.
- Define positioning, messaging, offers, and launch timing aligned to corporate brand and enrollment objectives.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to design phased media and lead generation plans that maximize awareness and demand.
- Build and deploy marketing toolkits (creative, playbooks, sales enablement assets) to ensure consistent local activation.
- Coordinate with Field Enablement and Employer Solutions to align school-level and district-level execution for launches.
- Manage local community engagement strategies, including events and partnerships, to drive awareness and trust.
- Act as project manager to ensure all cross-functional deliverables are completed on time and aligned to launch goals.
- Partner with internal teams to provide post-launch performance reporting and insights to refine future activation strategies.
- Serve as central point of contact for new school marketing, ensuring communication and alignment across teams.
- Continuously evolve playbooks, creative toolkits, and processes based on learnings and results.

- This role does not directly manage a team but leads cross-functional coordination and agency/vendor collaboration.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- 5-7 years of marketing, brand management, or go-to-market strategy experience required.
- 1-3 years experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders required.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple highly visible launches.
- Capable of working in a matrixed environment with shared accountability.

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
- Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to synthesize complex information and campaign performance evaluation into clear insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, build strong relationships, present and engage with diverse stakeholders including executive, field and client leadership.
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi‑weekly paid.
- Base salary range: $95,000 - $105,000
- This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
