RN Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical Telemetry. Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital.

Part Time Nights, 24 hours/week 7pm-7:30am. Sign on bonus:
Up to $6,000 for Part Time Nights.

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• BLS Provider obtained within 30 days of hire;
  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• RN credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
• Education:
  
  Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
