A facility in Novi, Michigan is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers flexible shift options, a supervised care model, and a diverse but manageable case mix across two nearby locations.

Position Highlights
Providers must be able to float between two locations and are typically informed the day before if reassigned
Most agency providers work 8- or 10-hour shifts
Open to 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts
Later shifts (3:00 p.m.

- 11:00 p.m.) available
Weekend shifts available
40-hour weekly guarantee option
Full-time providers will be prioritized

Case Mix
No heart cases
Primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
Limited pediatric cases
Mostly standard procedures
36-46 total cases per day between both locations
Approximately 15-20 cases per site

Care Team Model
Supervised CRNA model with a 4:1 ratio
Most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
CRNAs are responsible for arterial line placement

Requirements
Board Certified CRNA - Required
Active Michigan license - Required
ACLS and BLS through AHA - Required
PALS - Required
Clean background with no license actions - Required
