Full-Time CRNA Opportunity Novi & Southfield, MI
Seeking one full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team at the Novi location, with flexibility to float to the Southfield sites as needed. This opportunity offers a diverse case mix within a supervised CRNA practice model.

Practice Setting & Schedule

• Primary location:
  Novi, with floating to Southfield (typically notified the day prior)

• Shifts commonly 8- or 10-hour days; longer shifts (12-, 16-, or 24-hour) available

• Evening shifts (3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m.) and weekend coverage available

• Full-time providers prioritized; 40-hour guarantee option available

Clinical Scope

• No cardiac cases

• Case mix includes neuro, endoscopy, and radiology

• Limited pediatric cases; primarily standard procedures

• Approximately cases per day across both locations ( per site)

Care Model & Responsibilities

• Supervised CRNA model with a 4:1 ratio

• Physicians perform most blocks and regional anesthesia

• CRNAs responsible for arterial line placement

Credentialing & Onboarding

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: days

• Background checks, application, and credentialing fees are not reimbursed

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

• Active Michigan license

• ACLS and BLS (AHA), and PALS certification

• Clean background with no license actions

• Current flu vaccine or approved medical exemption

• Ability to request time off in advance

Preferences

• Active license at time of submission

• Local providers highly preferred

• Willingness to float between locations
