Job Title

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Our LPN nurses provide specialized care to patients in areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patients’ needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

• Starting wages: $30.15 per hour
• Hero/Hazard pay: $3.40 per hour

• 12-hour shifts

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients/families on changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well-being of patients
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with patients, families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

• Current LPN license in Michigan
• Current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Analytical skills for developing personalized care plans and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate and innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks efficiently
