We are hiring dedicated individuals for our lawn and landscape maintenance crews, offering opportunities for growth and competitive wages for those who demonstrate strong work ethic. Past experience as a landscaper is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a small team.

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Perform comprehensive lawn and landscape services for commercial and residential clients, including large sites like apartment complexes, as part of a weekly service route.

Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and properly.

Use handheld line-trimmers and edging equipment to maintain turf around obstacles and buildings.

Perform cleanup duties with backpack blowers to clear debris.

Conduct spring and fall cleanup services, including leaf collection and plant maintenance.

Maintain landscape beds by de-weeding and pruning using appropriate tools.

Handle storm cleanup with chainsaws and cutting tools.

Install mulch, rock, and new plants as needed.

Provide winter snow and ice management services, with opportunities to work year-round.

Drive company trucks and trailers, adhering to all safety and licensing requirements.

Lead team members, meet budgets, and ensure job quality.

Complete route dispatch and final inspections.

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Pass drug and alcohol tests as required.
Able to climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Willing to work in all weather conditions.
