Responsibilities- Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced industry
- Consult with buyers and sellers to convert listing and sale opportunities
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities with the CRM software provided
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards to ensure success
Looking for an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, as well as a candidate who enjoys building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
Other qualifications include:
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional (or actively working to obtain license)
- 6+ months of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning-based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
We are hiring to train top-producing real estate agents. If you are willing to learn and are teachable, you can easily earn $85,000 - $160,000 or more in your first year. For those who aim to be stars, earning over $200,000+ annually is possible. One of our agents made $45k last month, in today's marketplace.
