Are you passionate about sports, fashion, and creating unforgettable customer experiences? Rally House is looking for an Assistant Store Manager who brings leadership, hustle, and team spirit. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver results through your team. You’ll coach, train, and lead Team Sales Leads and Sales Associates to hit store goals, deliver outstanding service, and create a fun, fast‑paced shopping experience that feels like a retail pep rally.
From merchandising and receiving to coaching the team and daily operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping your store game‑day ready.
- Staffing: shift management and leading others
- Customer service: keep customer as the top priority
- Delivery results: inventory control, selling strategies
- Merchandising: meet Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game‑planning and execution
- Ability to lead others and communicate clearly and confidently
- Detail oriented and enthusiastic attitude
- Functional skills to use digital devices and online applications
- Growth mindset and outgoing personality
- Minimum 3 years experience in clothing retail
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead position
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sports enthusiast preferred
Requires standing and walking; talking or hearing, both in person and by telephone; using hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reaching with hands and arms; differentiating colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires ability to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.
CompensationHourly $18.00 – $23.00
