Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager assists in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership that optimizes sales results. The role promotes a positive shopping experience for customers and leads a high‑performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards, and managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.

• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and an outgoing personality with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency to respond to changing business conditions with impactful ideas and solutions.
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment that encourages participation, creativity, and continuous learning.
• Experience building partnerships and prioritizing collaboration.
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open‑Office knowledge.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
