Used Car Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a New and Used Car Sales Associate at Feldman Automotive. The Sales Associate provides exceptional service to customers and ensures a positive experience from start to finish.

• Greet customers and assess their needs
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives with customers and highlight vehicle features
• Negotiate prices and financing options with customers
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license
