Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new business and grow customer relationships across North and South America. This role focuses on injection molded parts and 3D printing
, with opportunities in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, and plastics industries.

• Identify prospective customers and new applications for the Company's products.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and present solutions.
• Develop sales plans and forecasts, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with internal and overseas teams.
• Represent the Company at customer meetings and industry events.

• Knowledge of or experience with plastics, resins, injection molding, or material processing.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration.
• At least five years of related sales experience. Chemical or automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• English and Japanese bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Approximately 30-50%, domestic and international.
