Provides security services to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactive monitoring and timely response to security threats.
• Investigating, documenting, and managing security incidents and hazards.
• Following policies regarding alarms and emergency/disaster plans, and facilitating drills.
• Providing assistance to staff and visitors to promote safety.
• Operating vehicles responsibly if applicable.

• Driver's License from Michigan Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
• Michigan Concealed Pistol License.
• BLS Provider (preferred).
• Law Enforcement experience (preferred).
• Management of Aggressive Behavior certification (preferred).
• Security Professional certification (preferred).

• High School diploma or equivalent OR 1 year of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in security, law enforcement, military, or fire services.
