The basic function is to perform installation of financial/ATM equipment, pneumatic banking systems, bank locks, mechanical systems as well as CCTV and access control systems while working under the supervision of a more senior technician or supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work with the Senior technician or supervisor to plan and schedule installation and subcontracting activities on assigned projects.
- Coordinate the installation and timely delivery of supplies/equipment to the job site(s).
- Prepare or manage the project installation plan and job procedures.
- Determine if there are necessary changes in design/installation plan and implement them.
- Maintain construction schedule and coordinate task scheduling.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and report progress to the Senior Technician or Supervisor.
- Maintain project records regarding status, changes, materials, etc.
- Estimate or assist in estimating projects which Arctic Security Group is bidding.
- Keep accurate records and post all time for hours worked.
- Routinely check the work of co‑workers to ensure quality installation of Everon products.
- Provide information to determine labor and material requirements on a weekly basis.
- Provide continuity of customer operations and a high level of customer satisfaction/service to the clients.
- Install Financial/ATM equipment and other electro‑mechanical equipment at various locations within the assigned territory.
- Install pneumatic banking systems, various bank locks, and mechanical systems.
- Apply basic electrical and electronic theory to duties involved in engineering functions such as evaluation, testing, and installation of various pieces of bank equipment.
- Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with service coordinator, dispatcher, management, and customers to ensure a complete customer satisfaction experience.
- Attend training classes when offered.
- Complete monthly vehicle reports in a timely manner. Maintain accurate truck inventory to ensure timely responses to customers’ needs.
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
- One year of technical experience with low voltage systems, banking systems, and integrated security equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, policies, and procedures presented in English.
- Must have a low voltage Journeyman’s license or obtain it within the first year in this position.
- Exposure to outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and harsh work environments.

- Stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms; push, pull, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
- Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions or circumstances such as ladders, scaffolding, high‑lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Must work a full‑time, flexible schedule with on‑call availability and be able to travel on short notice.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail‑oriented.
