Hardscape​/Brick Masonry Installation Foreman

Starting Hourly Wage: $30.00+

Great Oaks Landscape, located in Novi, Michigan, is a recognized leader in the landscaping and hardscape industry. We are looking for a Brick and Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead our crews on award‑winning landscape construction projects.

• Supervise the installation of hardscape design projects such as brick pavers, manufactured walls, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor living areas.
• Lay brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other hardscape materials.
• Operate heavy construction equipment and masonry tools.
• Review landscape design with designer/project manager.
• Train and mentor landscaping and brick crew employees.
• Supervise employees on the job site.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications and the client's expectations.
• Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture, and create a positive team environment.
• Lead, train and develop employees on brick masonry projects.

• Valid Chauffeur License and Medical Certification Card.
• Minimum of two years’ experience leading hardscape and brick installation crews.
• High school diploma.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
