• Lead an experienced team to deliver high-quality results by providing coaching, training, and oversight
• Architect and develop highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Node.js
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to align architecture decisions with strategic goals
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive a culture of excellence
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS)

• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js, React, and relational databases like MS SQL Server
• Strong understanding of modern delivery practices, including CI/CD and cloud‑native approaches
• Proven ability to design migration and cutover strategies that minimize risk and disruption
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams

• Experience in logistics or supply chain software development
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and high-performance applications
• Previous experience leading software engineering teams
• Knowledge of best practices in software quality and reliability
