As a D1 Coach, you’ll be the catalyst for every athlete’s success. You’ll foster a motivating environment, deliver high‑energy workouts, and tailor programming to meet individual needs. Whether coaching group classes or personal training sessions, you’ll help athletes of all backgrounds build strength, speed, and confidence.
Responsibilities- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
- Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
- Coach group workouts, personal training sessions, and teams.
- Modify and adapt movements to suit individual needs and goals.
- Assess and align each athlete with the proper program.
- Deliver expert guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition.
- Teach proper form and technique to reduce injury risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with each D1 member.
- Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
- Show passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over‑the‑top customer service.
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning‑related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
