The Logistics Support role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of operations after orders are dispatched. You’ll be responsible for tracking shipments in transit, providing timely updates, and assisting the Logistics Coordinators with a wide range of tasks—from managing tracking events to sourcing freight rates. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and ready to take initiative to keep things moving efficiently.

• Monitor shipments using the Transportation Management System (TMS) and follow up with carriers to confirm tracking events.
• Respond to requests for estimated delivery times and status updates.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal team members while striving to exceed total service expectations.
• Support Logistics Coordinators with various tasks including quoting freight rates and resolving shipment issues.
• Take initiative to identify potential issues and collaborate with the team to find timely solutions.
• Maintain data integrity including but not limited to pick up information, delivery information, and appointment times.

• Associate’s degree, completion of college‑level coursework, or a minimum of two (2) years of logistics‑related work experience preferred.
• Logistics industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize work, and communicate effectively with others in person and over the phone.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Willingness to rotate within the logistics department and perform various training and support functions to support the team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Focused on driving innovation and efficiency by continuously improving logistics operations and procedures.
