A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administrator to join a dynamic and well-established business. We are a busy and award-winning design, build and maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors.

• Organize and maintain all construction project files and documents.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and communication between team members and clients.
• Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
• Track and control revisions of drawings, contracts, and permits.
• Assist with invoices, payment applications, and expense tracking.
• Process purchase orders and keep records of materials and deliveries.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
• Keep safety records, licenses, and compliance documents up to date.
• Support the project manager with progress updates and timelines.
• Ensure information is accurate, well-documented, and properly filed.
