George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an organized Ward Clerk to provide comprehensive clerical support on a ward. You will maintain medical records, admit and discharge patients on Lorenzo, and assist nursing, medical and surgical teams with efficient administrative tasks.
You will welcome patients and relatives, communicate clearly with patients and families, and work as part of a team to ensure high-quality service while upholding Trust policies and patient care standards.
