Are you passionate about building safety, compliance, and making a difference to people's homes and communities?

We are looking for a proactive and organised Building Safety, Compliance and Assurance Co-ordinator to join our Assets and Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our building safety and compliance programmes, helping to ensure that our homes and buildingsremainsafe, compliant, andwell managedfor our residents and staff.

You will support the management and monitoring of statutory compliance areas, including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, and other building safety responsibilities.

You'llhelp coordinate programmes of work,maintain compliance records, produce performance reports, and support the delivery of key safety initiatives across the housing portfolio.

The role offers a varied workload, developmentopportunitiesand the chance to contribute to projects that directlyimpactresident safety and regulatory compliance.

Support the delivery and monitoring of building safety and compliance programmes.

Maintainaccuratecompliance records and databases.

Produce management information, reports, and performance data.

Monitor compliance actions and ensuring they are progressed to completion.

Assist with health and safety training coordination and record keeping.

Support the preparation of reports for senior managers, elected members, and external bodies.

Manage enquiries, correspondence, and service requests.

Promote health and safety awareness across the organisation.

Provide administrative and project support to the Building Safety, Compliance and Assurance Team.

We'relooking for someone who is organised, analytical, and committed tohigh standards of customer service and safety and has:

Experience working in an administrative or co-ordination role.

Experience providing advice or support on health and safety matters.

Knowledge of health and safety legislation and its practical application.

Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work on your own initiative.

Excellent record-keeping and organisational skills.

A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A Level 3 qualification in Health and Safety or a willingness to work towards achieving one.
