PA - Executive Team

We are currently recruiting for a full time permanent experienced and motivated personal assistants. The postholder will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Chief Executive, senior management, Leader and Cabinet.. As such, we are looking for committed individuals with the aptitude to cope in a fast-paced environment providing an essential support service to the wider management team.

The successful candidate must be capable of demonstrating initiative and discretion, to work independently to manage a varied workload. Excellent people management and organisational skills are essential including the ability to build strong multi-disciplinary working relationships with colleagues and elected members.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, diary, meeting and time management, document and meeting preparation and management and initiative to provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support. As the role will also be working with elected members, particularly the Leader and Cabinet, political awareness is also essential.
