Supplier Management Lead

At Holland & Barrett, we're here to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. As Supplier Management Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in unlocking commercial value and strengthening how we partner with suppliers across UK&I and Benelux.

This is a high-impact role where insight meets action. You'll turn data into confident negotiation strategies, coach category teams to think end-to-end about profitability, and help embed a smarter, more consistent approach to supplier management across the Group.

• Partnering and coaching Category Managers and Directors to strengthen supplier negotiations and commercial decision‑making
• Translating value chain and margin insights into clear negotiation levers aligned to category strategy
• Supporting and, where appropriate, co‑leading supplier term negotiations to unlock value
  
  Turning analytics into compelling, insight‑led stories that drive confident commercial action
• Influencing cross‑functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain to align on value opportunities
• Building negotiation capability through practical tools, frameworks and best practice sharing
• Contributing to a consistent supplier management methodology across the Group

• Extensive experience in buying, commercial trading, supplier management, or in account management within the retail/FMCG sector with hands‑on supplier negotiation expertise
• Strong understanding of supplier cost structures, trading terms and end‑to‑end profitability
• Confidence coaching and influencing stakeholders at mid to senior level
• Excellent data literacy, with the ability to turn insight into action
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
