At Chevron Traffic Management, the Assistant Operations Manager plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of regional operations.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
, you will help oversee daily operations, support strategic initiatives, optimise resource allocation, and uphold quality and compliance standards across all activities.

you’ll be instrumental in assisting with the supervision of regional teams, contributing to the expansion of our client base, and playing a hands‑on role in developing long‑term business initiatives. Your ability to build rapport with both existing and potential clients will be essential to driving customer retention and uncovering new opportunities.

• Support the delivery of a high‑quality service across all operational activities
• Assist in motivating, guiding, and developing team members by ensuring they’re fully trained and informed of all company policies, procedures, and safety practices
• Contribute to the implementation of toolbox talks, safety alerts, and project‑specific methodologies
• Help monitor the depot’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are well‑maintained and efficiently deployed
• Liaise closely with the Operations Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share best practices and support business growth

A strong focus on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) will be crucial. You will support the effective implementation of our ESG and HSQE policies to ensure that every operational activity is compliant, sustainable, and aligned with our company values.
