This is a temporary contract paying £18.85ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be required to manage projects and planned programmes up to a value of circa £2m. This involves:

• Acting as Contract Administrator ensuring contracts are delivered in line with specific terms and conditions.
• Working with our Clerk of Works to ensure all works are delivered to high quality standards.
• Developing specifications and tender documents to procure contracts.
• Managing allocated budgets to ensure contract values are not exceeded.
