Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy client in the Customer Support team.

Rates of Pay:

£13.50 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
12:00pm to 4:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor are:

Process a high volume of customer contact forms
Conduct document checks and handle customer queries
Prepare and input data accurately
Transpose data into Google Sheets
Assist with preparation, recording and reporting requirements
Support the day-to-day flow of administrative activities relating to company operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential

Skills:

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor
, you will need:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Experience using spreadsheets and online forms
A professional and proactive attitude
The ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
