Are you a calm, committed and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference? Long Term Futures are supporting a welcoming two‑form entry primary school in Nuneaton who are seeking a compassionate TA to work 1:1 with a Year 5 pupil with ASD and ADHD. This is a long‑term position with the opportunity to become permanent.

• Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and behaviour‑related needs
• Confidence using consistent behaviour strategies and de‑escalation techniques
• Ability to follow EHCP targets and contribute to progress reviews
• A collaborative approach when working with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral team
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective SEN interventions
