We are seeking to appoint a highly effective SENDCO, Inclusion and Pupil Premium Lead to join our already strong and established leadership team. This is a key strategic role that will contribute to the continued development of our school and help us secure the best possible outcomes for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic development and delivery of SEND, inclusion and pupil premium provision, ensuring high-quality, personalised support for all pupils.
- Oversee the opening and management of our new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) (Communication & interaction), creating an inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs.
- Drive evidence-based use of pupil premium funding to close attainment gaps and improve life chances for disadvantaged pupils.
- Provide professional guidance and coaching to staff, embedding inclusive practice and raising aspirations across the school.
- Play a key role in whole-school improvement, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at senior leadership level.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record for securing strong outcomes for pupils?
- Skilled in using data and evidence to inform strategy and improve outcomes?
- Committed to inclusive education and passionate about making a difference for disadvantaged learners?
- An excellent communicator who can build strong partnerships with families, staff and external agencies?
- Dedicated strategic leadership and SENDCO time weekly (minimum of 2 days per week)
